Spandau Ballet...here I come!

Hi

As most of you know the new Spandau Ballet documentary film Soul Boys of the Western World is coming to cinemas in a couple of weeks time, followed by a live performance. That's only if you're going to see it at the Royal Albert Hall in London. However, it's being played at cinemas dotted all over the country, and the live gig is being broadcasted via live stream.

As a reward for getting a B in English last year, my dad's booked me tickets to go and see them at my local cinema on the night. You don't know how excited I am! I'll be reporting back on the day to say how it went. If I can, I might take some cheeky little pictures of the screen!

Well, being the techie that I am, I've set a reminder on my calendar. Hope nothing comes up at the last minute as I'd be very sad to miss it, and you can't get a refund on the tickets!

I'll post later.

UPDATE: Spandau Ballet's New Album

Hello

I don't know if any of you can remember my last post where I shared the news that Spandau Ballet are finally back in the studios producing a brand new album ready for release later on in the year. It turns out that it's not a completely new album, it's got their greatest hits, some bonus features, remastered supposedly to the best quality. However, there are THREE new tracks on this album. One of those new tracks was called 'This Is The Love' and it was broadcasted for the first time on BBC Radio 2 this morning. From discussions on Spandau forums I've heard it's good and they've got their mojo back, if that's how you word it! I've yet to hear it myself and I'll report back what I thought of it.

As most of you know SB Official released the new cover artwork for this album, which will be entitled 'The Story'. If you haven't seen it, take a look!

Do you have high expectations for this album?
